l Items that is instock means tat u can make confirmation first and meet up then u can pay and receive immediately.
l You can onli Reserve it for up to 2 days to consider and after the 2 days if u still did not reply ,it will be opened for public.
l Only FOC meet-ups at Compass Point(sengkang)
l Swaps are allowed (Add $2 on top of tat).
l NO bank transfers.
l Cooncealed cash(at yr own risk)if u cant meet up.
l normal postage will be charged @ $0.50-$1.
l reg. post charged @ $2.50-$4.
l NO canceling / backing out of order once it is confirmed.
l pls refrain frm giving late notices.
l Pls refrain frm getting late .
l Every 1 min late will charge u extra 20cents.
l Strictly no dead buyers or MIA.

l Spoilage during the delivering will not be entertained.
